Terms of Service
This Terms of Service is a legally binding agreement between you and the developer of BTCProMax, governing your use of the BTCProMax software and related services. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR). By installing, accessing, or using BTCProMax, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Definitions
"BTCProMax" or "Software": The mining monitoring client software, server systems, websites, and related technical services developed and provided by us.
"Services": Various functions provided through the Software, including mining device monitoring, fault tracking, data analytics, alert notifications, reporting tools, and software updates.
"User": Any individual or organization that installs, accesses, or uses the Software or Services.
"Data": Information generated or transmitted during use, including device status, network parameters, logs, and fault records.
2. Scope and Amendments
This Agreement applies to all your usage. We may amend this Agreement from time to time. Amendments will be published via announcements or interface notifications. Continued use constitutes acceptance of amendments.
3. License Grant
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the Software solely for lawful mining monitoring purposes.
You may NOT: reverse engineer or attempt to obtain source code; remove copyright notices; modify or distribute the Software; rent or resell the Software; use the Software unlawfully.
4. Accounts
Some features may not require registration. Online services may require account creation. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials. You bear responsibility for activities under your account.
5. Data Collection & Use
We may collect: performance metrics, fault records, logs and diagnostics, and network parameters. Used for: service operation, troubleshooting, improvement, security, and legal compliance. We will not use your business data for unauthorized commercial purposes.
6. User Obligations
You agree NOT to: violate applicable laws; access unauthorized systems; disrupt services; infringe third-party rights; or engage in illegal activities.
7. Service Changes & Termination
We may modify or discontinue Services for business or technical reasons. We are not liable for interruptions due to force majeure, third-party failures, network issues, or maintenance. We may suspend or terminate services if you seriously violate this Agreement.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights belong to BTCProMax and its licensors. No copying or distribution without written permission.
9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Software is provided "AS IS". We do NOT guarantee: continuous availability, error-free operation, or accuracy of data. Mining risks are borne solely by you. To the fullest extent permitted by law: we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss; our total liability is limited to fees paid (if any); if free to use, we bear no liability.
10. Compliance
You are solely responsible for legal compliance in Hong Kong and your jurisdiction.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR. Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation; if unsuccessful, submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
