This Privacy Policy describes how BTCProMax collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects personal data and device-related information when you use the BTCProMax software and related services. This Policy is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR), including the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap.486).

1. Definitions

"BTCProMax" or "Software": The mining monitoring software and related systems developed by us.

"Personal Data": Information that identifies an individual.

"Device Data": Technical and operational data generated during mining device monitoring, including device parameters, performance statistics, fault logs, and device identifiers.

"Anonymous Data": Data from which identity has been removed.

(a) Information You Provide

Including contact email and support communications.

(b) Device & Operational Data

Including device status, performance metrics, temperature, power status, online/offline events, and diagnostics.

(c) Network & Log Data

Including IP address (where necessary), application logs, crash reports, and software version.

(d) Usage Statistics

Including feature usage frequency and product performance indicators.

We do NOT collect unrelated personal content unless required by functionality or law.

3. How We Use Data

We use your data for: providing Services, diagnostics & support, improving performance, ensuring security, and legal compliance. Additional purposes require consent.

4. Data Protection & Retention

We apply reasonable safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure, and loss. Data is retained only as long as necessary for the collection purpose or as required by law. Data may be stored in Hong Kong or other regions with appropriate protections.

We do NOT sell Personal Data. Data may be shared: where legally required, with service providers, with your consent, or to protect safety & rights. All parties are bound by confidentiality.

The Services are not intended for minors. We may delete data involving minors if discovered.

Where transfers occur, we ensure adequate protections are in place.

We may amend this Policy. Continued use constitutes acceptance of amendments.

We are not responsible for third-party misuse beyond our control.
